Shipping policy
Orders placed with Lela Amor Beauty, LLC ("Lela Amor") will be processed between 1-3 days from the date of the order. Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday. After your order is processed, your order will be shipped via the shipping method that you choose at checkout. (We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.). Economy shipping generally takes 5 to 8 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 4 business days.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. (GMAIL USERS: check the "Promotions" tab of your inbox for your order confirmation and tracking information from Lela Amor if you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox).
An easy way to track your order is by signing up for text message updates on the order confirmation page. You can also refer back to your order confirmation page to track the status of your order.
Please contact the Postal Service if your tracking information states that it was delivered but you have not received it. Lela Amor is NOT responsible for packages lost by the courier or for packages that state "delivered." Lela Amor is also not responsible for unclaimed packages.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address. Before submitting your order, please make sure your address is fully and correctly entered (with correct abbreviations, spaces, and punctuation). Customer Service may contact you to verify your order/shipping information. Your order may be cancelled if you fail to respond to Customer Service's attempts to verify your order/shipping information.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and unpredictable shipping delays, please allow extra days for your items to arrive at your door. USPS delays are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience!
