Is Lela Amor's jewelry real?
All of our jewelry is either 925 sterling silver or stainless steel. Products that are gold in color are gold-plated with a base metal of stainless steel or sterling silver. Lela Amor's bags and hats are made of 100% cotton (with limited exceptions).
Will Lela Amor's Jewelry turn my skin green?
Our jewelry should not turn your skin green. Everyone's body is different. However, all of Lela Amor's products are hypoallergenic, which means that it is relatively unlikely that you will have an allergic reaction to our products. Lela Amor's jewelry uses only stainless steel or sterling silver base metals.
Rely only on the advice of your doctor or allergist when it comes to what products are appropriate for your body and skin. Lela Amor is not responsible for any reactions you may have to our products.

How long does Lela Amor's jewelry last?
Lela Amor's items are long-lasting with proper care. The gold-plated items may last up to 1 year or longer. The sterling silver (without gold plating) items may last up to 10 years or longer with proper care. 
To preserve your jewelry, do not wear while swimming or bathing. Avoid spraying perfumes or colognes on the jewelry, and don't get lotion on the jewelry. Take off the jewelry before sleeping and store in the pouch you received from Lela Amor. Use your Lela Amor Beauty polishing cloth to polish and clean your jewelry.
How long does shipping take?
All orders will be processed between 1-3 days from the date of the order. Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday. After your order is processed, your order will be shipped via the shipping method that you choose at checkout. (We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.). Economy shipping generally takes 5 to 8 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 4 business days.
Where is my order?
Lela Amor sends out tracking information via email after you place your order. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. (GMAIL USERS: check the "Promotions" tab of your inbox for your order confirmation and tracking information from Lela Amor). If you signed up for text updates, you will receive messages regarding tracking your package. You can also refer back to your order confirmation page to track the status of your order.

What do I do if I want to return or exchange my items?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return via email.  

We do not accept used items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept items that have been used, worn, or removed from its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lelaamor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note: Lela Amor reserves the right to block customers from ordering on our site in the future if we suspect that a customer has abused the return process.

Damaged items
We double-check orders and take photos of packaged orders before sending them out to our customers to ensure that the items are packaged properly. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send a photo to info@lelaamor.com so that our team can assist you.

Returns

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Generally, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days or more for your financial institution to complete.

 Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, however, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow extra days for your return to be received and processed.

My package was not delivered. What do I do?
If your package was not delivered, please check your tracking information. If the tracking information says "delivered," please follow up directly with USPS regarding your package. Lela Amor is not responsible for items that state "delivered" or items that are lost or stolen in transit.
I didn't receive my confirmation or coupon code email. Where is it?
If you have a Gmail address, your email from Lela Amor may have gone to the "Promotions" tab of your inbox. (At the top of your inbox, you will see the
Primary, Social, and Promotions tabs of your inbox. Click "Promotions" and search for Lela Amor.) You may also check your spam folder. If you cannot find your email with your information, please email us at info@lelaamor.com and we will make sure you receive the information.
Why should I sign up/subscribe for updates from Lela Amor?
