Refund policy
Lela Amor Beauty ("Lela Amor") has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lelaamor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Lela Amor reserves the right to block customers from ordering on our site in the future if we suspect that a customer has abused the return process.
Damages and issues
We double-check orders and take photos of packaged orders before sending them out to our customers to ensure that the items are packaged properly. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send a photo to info@lelaamor.com so that our team can assist you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept items that have been used, worn, or removed from its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Generally, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days or more for your financial institution to complete.
Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, however, shipping charges will not be refunded.
